The Core of the Apple

The Green Apple Group encompasses more than 28 years of experience within the construction industry and a history of success in marketing building products to owners, contractors, architects … and consumers. 

We were all part of an agency founded in 1978 as PRB Design, by Paul R. Bertram, who has maintained a number of active roles in sustainable product development within the Construction Specifications Institute, The U.S. Green Building Council, Green Globes and ASTM.

Mr. Bertram has recently retired, closing PRB, and The Green Apple Group is a continuation of his high standards and results-driven philosophies. 

Principals of Green Apple Group:

Paul Nutcher, President

Paul writes and speaks frequently on green building and other construction topics. He is the Communications Director for the Central Florida Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a board member of the Greater Orlando Construction Specifications Institute and a member of the Construction Writers Association. Mr. Nutcher also is a principal and executive vice president of the Green Apple Group, LLC, a full service advertising and public relations agency specializing in strategic marketing programs for manufacturers of building materials. He has a bachelor’s degree in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh and lives in Central Florida.
